General conditions

Subject matter

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relations between Lunova Celebrations and its customers.

Cost and order

Every project is subject to a personalized estimate, valid for 30 days. Confirmation is effective upon receipt of the signed quote and deposit.

Payments and payments

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before the event.

Cancellation and deferral

In the event of cancellation by the customer, the advance payment remains acquired. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the event, 100% of the amount is due.

Applicable law

These conditions are subject to Moroccan law. Any dispute will be referred to the competent courts in Marrakech.
