A birthday is not a standard event to be adapted by age bracket. It is a celebration about one particular person, and everything hinges on guests recognising them the moment they walk in.

Start from the person, not the theme

We always begin with a conversation that mentions neither decoration nor budget. What this person loves, what makes them laugh, the places that matter to them, what they would hate to have imposed on them. The creative direction comes from there, never the other way round.
