A successful evening goes unnoticed while it unfolds. Guests feel that everything moves at the right pace, without knowing what is moving it. That is the result of invisible preparation, and it is exactly what we produce.

Light sets the tempo

A five-hour evening cannot hold the same intensity from start to finish. Light divides it long before music does: warm and low on arrival so conversations settle, clearer at dinner so people can see one another, tightened on stage for the speeches, then open and mobile for the second half.

These transitions are programmed to the second and triggered from the control desk. Nobody notices them, and that is the point.

Protocol: invisible and unforgiving

Who greets whom. In what order the speeches follow one another. Where each guest of honour is seated, and above all next to whom. A seating mistake cannot be undone: it is noticed at once and retold for a long time.

In Morocco this rests on precise customs that most international organisers simply do not know. It is often what separates a successful evening from one that was merely well decorated.

Service, where everything can tip

We size brigades on one server for every twelve guests at a seated dinner, and brief them on site the same day. Below that threshold, service stretches, plates cool, and the room notices within minutes.
